I have an urgent referral, the first appointment they can provide is July (3 months away). They are almost impossible to contact, the chatbot sends you round in circles, never providing an answer. The update on "my claim" forms aren't responded to and it's a 45 minute wait on the phone. Absolutely hopeless.
