Review of the Tembo Money, Mortgage Broker:

Me and my partner are first time buyers and were shopping around for a good mortgage advisor and broker to help us with our journey of buying a home. We’d spoken to a few but just never got the right ‘vibe’ for a personal experience. Until we looked into what else Tembo offered as we already have a LISA with them. We have never looked back, we have had the pleasure of having Fae K as our mortgage advisor and Rebecca T as our broker. They have both been absolutely incredible, so informative and we have never felt that anything we asked was too much. Even the protection review with a lovely lass Lauren was enjoyable. Most places we’ve come across for a protection call are very pushy to upsell their services and can be quite intimidating! Not Tembo, it was a straight forward chat about what cover we have in place in the event of illness or death whilst having a mortgage and it was like having a formative chat with a friend. Any time we have needed to get hold of either Fae or Rebecca, it has never taken long to get a response and we were kept in the loop throughout our whole process. At the time of writing this, all we have to get done now is a survey and wait until May for us to have our LISA a year before we can withdraw our deposit. I feel that Fae and Rebecca have helped our process move along so quickly and I think we’ll be a bit gutted not to have that regular chat with them once we complete as they have really made this such a personal experience and completely stress free.
