Two thumbs up!

Having been a long time customer of another company I was dismayed when my renewal came and the prices hiked with no tangible benefit (or so it seemed). I contacted Admiral as I’d also inherited an old jalopy for a run around, fully expecting them to be as costly as my then present insurer. I could not have been more wrong. From the prompt answer on the telephone, to the courtesy afforded to me by the member of staff, to the frankly simple process they talked me through and finishing with the most competitive quote for two vehicles. I was flabbergasted, relieved and importantly totally confident in the professionalism and helpfulness of the Admiral team. Two thumbs up from me! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
