Ethical with a lot of potential

Unlike other online banking systems Nationwide does not provide pin reminders. There are fewer services which may be conducted in app when compared to other banks, such as Barclays and speaking to an adviser or Natwest and checking a credit score in App. Nationwide's chat service is broken and crashes without exception, and it is difficult to check transactions in specific dates online. I thought it has been straightforward and transparent, I appreciate the thought put into their offerings especially near Christmas. The website is not the most user friendly though. I have confidence on moving forward with this choice because it's clear. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
