Fantastic products and services

I’ve been a Natwest customer for over 15 years and can’t thank them enough for all the products and services I’ve had: best mortgage rate in the market, best savings account with high return and the fantastic free Rooster account for my child which enables him to learn how to manage finances/make payments. The last is not offered by any other British bank! Great branch service, fantastic app and online services. Reviewed on: 12th February 2025

Free Rooster account great perk

I appreciate having the Rooster account for free for my child, which will hopefully help him learn how to manage funds and save. Great perk of being a NatWest customer. My only recommendation would be to introduce free learning courses on savings, interest rate etc on the app for children Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
