Not helpful when you need them

Once I needed some extra money for a family emergency and NatWest rejected my application Since then I just received my wages and just keep the necessary money on my account. They are not helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

A bank I can trust

I have been with NatWest for more than 10 years and I recommend it. It's the first bank that offered me a debit card as I was with Nationwide before that and when I requested the debit card they refused. That's the reason I moved my wages and opened an account with NatWest in 2009. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
