Helpful and responsive customer service

When I was having trouble logging in to the app once, I used the online contact form and received a very quick response via email even though it was a Sunday! I then received some follow-up emails regarding the issue which were generalised to every customer in case they were having trouble too. Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

My girls are loving their Rooster cards and how grown-up and independent it makes them feel. For me, I find the app easy to use and enjoy not having to keep track of how much pocket money I owe them (because I never have any cash) by keeping a record on a piece of paper!
