Independent Spending for Kids with their Rooster Accts

My two children have Rooster bank accounts and we all find the app very easy to use. The kids love having their independence using their bank cards whilst out shopping. My older son particularly enjoys now he can use apple pay. Family and Friends paying birthday/christmas gifts are happy to send money over to the family pot which I then send over. Kids also like having control over their savings accounts within their app. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

No issues whatsoever.

No issues whatsoever. Kids accounts opened up FOC as I have a business bank account. No problems with either my business account or the kids accounts. Easy to transfer money into their accounts and it’s great they have their independence to spend money, and I get notifications of each and every payment made. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024
