So many admin costs

The customer service is fine and most are relatively helpful and polite. However, so many hidden costs. I put a 3rd car on my policy and took my 2nd off a day later due to a change in car and lost my multi car discount. I was then charge £30 to change my partner's job title, and then a further £30 the following day when I removed a car from the policy. They were never the cheapest quote but I stuck with them for ease of having both cars & house on the same policy but at renewal I'll switch out all three for the cheapest option Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
