Not pushy or judgemental, just friendly and respectful

I love Zable bexause I'm always keot informed of my account regarding balances, transactions, payments. I love that i get a text telling me i've completed a transaction. Up to the minute correspondence is so helpful. Applyibg and getting accepted was easy and the card arrived within a couple of days. A virtual card was made available immediately. Customer service is excellent and up to date information about my account is always available. Low interest and transfer of other balances is available. Zable is a respectful professional provider. I never feel pressured. I feel in control of my credit and Zable are not pushy or judgemental, just helpful and available 24/7. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Jaja restored my confidence in credit card providers!

When I applied to JaJa, the process was simple. I'm 70 years old ans not very tech savvy but JaJa helped to get my application processed quickly, no hassle. My card arrived as promised and activation was a simple process. I feel confident using my card knowing tgat my transactions will be processed quickly. I am kept thoroughly up to date with my balance and payment infirmation. I can highly recommend JaJa. Very respectful and professional providers. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Fair, supportive, responsible, friendly lender.

The application was very straightforward. I was given a starter credit limit that was sensible and that I could definitely afford. Every time I use my card I am updated via my phone to let me know how I'm progressing. The app is very easy to use. I feel I am kept informed and in control of my finances. When other lenders rejected me, Zopa gave me a chance to regain my self esteem and improve my credit score. I felt trusted to regain some trust from a friendly professional lender. I also like the design of the credit card. It is easily located in my wallet because of its distinctive colour and logo. I would highly recommend Zopa to anyone who wants to regain control of their finances and the trust of a credit company. I like that I can repay as much as I like when I like towards my balance without any pressure to pay more than the minimum amount but with the facility to clear my balance if I can afford it. Some lenders constantly hassle you and are too ready to up your credit limit but not Zopa. They are definitely the most responsible and supportive lender I have come across.
