Helpful but the ridiculous charges?!

So I know this is a standard thing with companies now charging administration fees but as helpful and quick they are at helping, Charging £20 to change minor details on the insurance for example passing your test and so you have to pay to change it. I just think it's stupid. But they are helpful and chatty on the phone, didn't feel like they were rushing me. Would recommend purely on the price of insurance in comparison to other leading insurance companies. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
