Great customer service

I wanted to discuss my insurance quote as I had received a more competitive quote from another provider. The call handler spent a lot of time going through my whole car and house insurance policy looking at where we could save, he was patient and very helpful. I really appreciated the time he spent explaining and working it through with me. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
