Cheap Insurance but nuisance calls

I went with Admiral because it was the cheapest option I could find for fully comp without black box as a young, new driver. However ever since signing up (over a month ago) I have been receiving (and not picking up as I’ve been at work) nuisance phone calls twice a day every working day from them (I looked up the number and was informed it was Admiral).
