Plane Saver gave me a loan which saved my son's life.

Plane Saver gave me a loan when I really needed it. I own my own house, fully paid off mortgage, but low income, and I needed some money to fund medical care for my son not available on the NHS. The bank I had banked with for 30 years wouldn't lend me the money, despite my excellent credit recod. The treatment I bought with the money saved my son's life, and I paid the loan off in full early. I could not be more grateful. Thank you Plane Saver. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

Brilliant ethos, service and products

As I school teacher I caught Covid just before the first lockdown and was extremely ill for two years, so ran up credit card debt as I couldn't work and need care, and was not well enough to manage my money. My bank demanded I pay off my overdraft and I could not do this, they were also charging a huge amount of interest on their credit card I had been using. They refused to consolidate my debts or make any arrangement of manageable repayments. I discovered as my income was low, despite owning my home outright and an excellent credit score, I was finding it very hard to find any one to give me a loan. I was recommended Plane Saver through a special offer for teachers, and they quickly agreed to consolidate my date and charged a very reasonable interest rate. I was at my wits end before this, and my health was rapidly deteriorating after some improvement due to the stress my bank had caused me. Now, a few years later I am back on my feet financially and physically, and am so grateful for the part Plane Saver played in this recovery.
