The "included" Home Emergency service will leave your account empty !

Boiler broke - the emergency service took 4 days to arrive! The guys looked at it and said can fix it on Following Monday. Got a call afterwards asking me to pay nearly £500 as a "policy top up" !!! £276 will get me repair and a whole year cover with British Gas so ... no thank you. The contractor was also rude and calls were received from various mobile phone numbers - not sure it was a legit company providing the service.

I have been waiting for 2 months for a simple agreed payment below £400 to be processed (home insurance policy).
Long waits on the phone, lack of single point of contact, not responsive to complaints
