Ease of speaking to customer services

I have had two suspicious withdrawals and I spoke to someone via the app text function in minutes and got it all sorted. They cancelled the card and refunded the money within minutes. Was dreading contacting them as with other banks you can’t talk to anyone or get support fast. When money goes missing it’s very concerning and leaves a feeling of anxiety, they reassured me and sorted it all. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
