What a Relief!

After having a nightmare with the previous company (Swinton) regarding a simple address change, I found myself, through no fault of my own, with no insurance policy. Even though the previous company had admitted it was their fault and offered compensation - i was struggling to find a policy which wasn't sky high! After speaking to your advisers (who gave me the information i needed) i was then able to make an informed choice with extra products (I.e break down cover) to add to my policy. The whole process went swimmingly and, although not quite happy with the price, I understood that this was due to the 'cock-up' of my previous insurer, I would Definatley recommend Complete cover to my friends and family. They made the process simple, yet explained everything i needed to know. To be quite honest, the agent i spoke to at Complete Cover showed a complete professional outlook, combined with the knowledge and sense of familiarity which i find comforting when I'm the customer.
