Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Expensive but with good perks

Even after shopping around for the best car insurance deal, I found admiral to be the cheapest and even they had doubled my car insurance on the previous year's total. Given that I have had no accidents, incidents or convictions in the previous year, I can only assume that this spike is down to the change in insurance premiums for under 25's (I am 24) so was quite disappointed with that. However, I did find the silver lining of the cloud when I added my partner onto the same policy with Admiral multicar. The customer service was very helpful in allowing me to add her and the cost of the addition was far lower than expected. Overall I am quite happy with the service I have been provided by Admiral, however disappointed by the price I was offered probably due to my age. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
