Ive purchased but never had to claim

Back in June i purchased home insurance from admiral mainly down to the fact they offered great discounts considering i already have a multi-car policy with them . Any time i call them they are always great to deal with and any issues get resolved instantly. the reason for the 3 star overall rating is down to the fact i haven't had to actually make a claim with them so unsure that when it comes down to brass tax and needing to make a claim, they would pull through and all would be resolved. given my past experience though i believe there wouldn't be issues.
