Overall a very good company, sensible with lending amounts and making customer make 6 months payments on time before they can take out more is actually a very smart move and a sensible way to stop impulse loans and spends. Customer service is fantastic and I believe abound give everyone a chance, I see them often offer people with bad credit loans for debt repayments etc and it’s nice to see a company wanting to help out. Someone applying for a loan must need the money or they wouldn’t be applying and I personally feel abound is really accepting of circumstances. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

Really easy to use, good customer service options although I have never used it it’s regularly available. The app is really informative and the communication via email is great. Would recommend, easy to use. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
