Outstanding customer service

Since I insured my car with Admiral in January, I have have had the most amazing customer experience. Each time I have phoned up with an enquiry, the customer service I have received has been outstanding. Although, I may have been put on hold the customer services advisers have informed me what is going on. For example, in August I phoned Admiral up to ask to pay my insurance bill a month earlier than usual. This was no problem at all for the adviser, who was really efficient, because the whole telephone conversation was done professionally, swiftly and in a friendly manner. Very impressed with Admiral.
