horrible app.

horrible app. most of the time my app won't work, without the app i won't be able to use the card. So I stop using it. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

The Card is unusable most of the time.

The Card is unusable most of the time. You need to keep updating mobile app, else the card is unusable. There is no warning. When you use the card it refuses' the transaction until you update your app. I was once in a long queue, reached the front unable to use the debt card. Told this to customer care too. I has not changed in more than an year. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
