New website for John Lewis Partnership Card - Disaster

After having been made to re-register to a new on-line account servicing system I have found the new system to be a big step backwards. As someone who works in IT I would have lost my job if I had deployed a "new approved system" that lacks a lot of the functionality of the old system and with parts of the new system not working.
