Starling Bank - forging the path for internet banking !

I started my banking at university with a small, friendly bank that got bought-out by one of the "high street" brands. After 50years of being a loyal customer they decided to withdraw my banking arrangements with just 6weeks notice. So I took the plunge to move my accounts to an internet bank. I did some research and chose Starling, and having made the move I couldn't be happier! Starling has a good smartphone App and also supports web (browser) access. The App provides access to all normal banking facilities and also a very responsive Chat facility that is able to help with any issues or challenging transactions (eg. large amounts or time-sensitive payments). My Starling debit card is linked to ApplePay so I can use my smartphone for payments when I am out and about. I have enjoyed a good experience with Starling and am happy to make this testimonial.
