Completely proffessional excellent communication

From start to finish I found the communication via telephone call was first class. The advisor on the telephone was very thorough with the questions and answers provided. I also appreciated the gentle persuasion for me to switch my house insurance to admiral which I duly did. My initial Enquiry was for car insurance so credit to your advisor for their interpersonal skills in initiating the conversation about other insurance offered.
