On a couple of occasions I have had to ring customer service and have had a quick and helpful service. Nothing seems to faze the guys on the end of the phone. I needed help with transferring a larger than normal amount of money and this was done with little fuss. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

I love the fact that I earn rewards on my money.

I love the fact that I earn rewards on my money. Also the round up account is fab for saving bits and pieces that you don't really notice, until it adds up! It's also great that when you have spent money you are notified so you are always aware if anything untoward should be going on. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
