Starling, without a doubt is the best modern bank in...

Starling, without a doubt is the best modern bank in the UK. I’ve fortunately not had to deal with customer services much, but when I have they have been outstanding, giving me a new card when it was damaged quick, and when I forgot my password, resetting it was simple. No trips to a branch or waiting for a letter in the post. Starling is how banking should be, and with the likes of Lloyds Banking Group closing branches, they have a long way to go to matching the app, the service and support. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
