Clear comms and sensible features

Their quick and clear response to interest rates has made me feel like I'm getting a good deal for keeping money in my accounts with Chase. I also love how easy it is to move money between accounts (their "pots" are actually accounts). It's also really easy to see and change which account you want to make a bank transfer from.
