Getting an existing stocks and shares isa transferred to Virgin was a gruelling experience. The advisors provided wrong info or did not follow up on their duties. I lost over two months of interest because of the deficient service, and even tho an advisor told me Virgin would make up the shortfall - it didn’t. I had to make repeated phone calls and it was tiring and frustrating. But the final interest rate - was good!

For ease of use Chase is excellent. There have been a few glitches in the system where the left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. And sometimes it has been like pulling teeth to get a reasonable response. But Chase has always got there eventually and for an online service it is much better than others
