21st century bank

I opened my account to separate my fledgling business and previously using only high street banks I have been so happy I chose Starling. It’s amazing how easy and simple all transactions can be using the app. It really feels as if this bank delivers what I need rather than me needing to fit in with how the bank want to run things. Nice company with great call centre staff

I have just moved to Admiral so I can't comment on how they handle claims but it was really refreshing to talk over my insurance options with real people who were courteous, knowledgeable and patient.
