Although I am a new customer I am very impressed by...

Although I am a new customer I am very impressed by the Chase App. I am 77 and enjoy new challenges eg finding my way around this App. It is straight forward to use with clear instructions as to how to proceed and see at a glance where my money has been spent and how any benefits have accrued. I am sorry Chase is not part of the safety net which other main banks have signed up for - I hope they will rectify this for their customers peace of mind bearing in mind that sophisticated scammers abound.
