User-friendly competent secure on-line bank

The Chase app is very user-friendly, even for me as an 83-year old not specially IT savvy person. I recently had to set up a new current a/c and number because of suspected phishing attack and on phone the customer service person was extremely helpful and successful in taking me through the necessary steps. I like the investing tips and service and other advice also. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
