I had a great experience at my bank recently when opening a savings account. The staff was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain all my options, helping me choose the best fit for my financial goals. A few weeks later, I had a question about online banking, and customer service resolved it promptly and efficiently. The bank also hosts community events, which makes me feel proud to be a customer.
