Fantastic, 100% recommended

I switched to Chase a few months ago from NatWest. I’d been with NatWest for over 20 years, and in that time, like so many high street banks, I was still just a number. With Chase, I already feel like a valued customer. The APR rate on current and savings accounts is fantastic. I also think the app is brilliant, there’s nothing you can’t do on there with ease - I especially like that card details are accessible through the app as well. I hope Chase will expand further and think about joint accounts as well, but for me right now, I couldn’t be happier. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
