The customer service is very good, I have forgotten...

The customer service is very good, I have forgotten to cancel one of my recurring subscriptions and I have then opened a ticket as I wasn’t aware that I was going to be charged, the customer support agent has promptly responded, and have immediately blocked the subscription. In addition, I have then received a follow-up message stating that if the money would be taken away from my current account again, then I should report it back to them and they will raise a dispute. This showcases that Chase Bank is a bank that takes care of its customers. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
