Fast answering the phones and quick to resolve issues

When i first tried to set up an account, there was an issue online. I telephoned the customer services and they were outstanding. They managed to sort out the issue within a few minutes. I got through within 2 minutes, wasn't kept on hold It was very efficient and fast with polite staff and a UK call centre. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
