Customer service is second to none!

Customer service is second to none! I’ve had 2 issues in the last 12 months at cash points, 1 overseas (Vienna) and 1 in the UK (Marple) where cash was never dispensed. Both occasions were dealt with incredibly swiftly and communication impeccable. The app is so easy to use, much more user friendly than other providers (Barclays/Halifax/Monzo etc). And use get cash back on purchases, it’s an absolute game changer of a bank!!! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
