Chase Changed my Life for the Better

I enjoy the the debit card they issue with their current accounts- by not having any details on, if I ever lose my card I can apply for a new one but I can still use my ApplePay and online payments as the details remain the same. The customer service is also extraordinary. I am never waiting more than a few minutes for a response, whether it’s over the phone or online chat, and they always take my issue seriously and help me navigate the way. I cannot recommend Chase enough. I also enjoy the fact I get free cash withdrawals abroad and do not need to advise Chase that I am leaving the country. After being with the same bank for 10 years, Chase has come along and changed my life for the better. I also enjoy the automatic cash back that accumulates in your bank account over time and is free and easy to transfer over to your current account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
