Excellent potential

We used Chase to purchase football tickets for a match in Germany and there were issues. Called Customer Service through the app, it was seamless and they operator was very helpful. We made sure no funds were taken and the correct payment was actioned. I would like to be able to pay cash into Chase and am waiting for that facility before I transfer more to the account Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
