Quick and effective customer service

I had sent some money to my other account. When sending a payment using my chase account, the payments are received by the receiver instantly. Unfortunately, on a particular day, I had not received the payment in my other account. I was nervous because I had assumed that I accidentally sent the payment to different account that was not mine. I contacted the chase customer service team. I was amazed by how fast the agent responded with my enquiry. They reassured me that they would investigate the matter; to which they did because 5 minutes later, the payment was received in my other account. The chase customer service is quick and effective. I feel like I can always count on them when I have another issue with my account. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
