I feel valued by banking with Chase

Their app is really user friendly, easy to use and navigate. The deals and savings offers they have are brilliant, not only is it one of the highest AER on savers but they also offer a AER on my current account, something I haven't had before. I also have a round up account which saves money on the side at a higher AER rate, which i can take out at any time. I also get money back for everything I spend. For the first time I feel I'm actually rewarded for using them as my bank, my previous bank I was with for over 15 years and never felt valued. I like everyone has access to the same deals, I feel its fair and nice being part of this banking experience. I have also used there customer service app for enquires and they where quick to respond, very polite and helped with my query. From my experience so far I'm so happy I was recommend to try them out, currently in the process of making them my main bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
