Chase makes banking a breeze

I have been with Chase a number of years now and I haven’t had any problems. I find the app really easy to use, easy to view my money and make any transfers and it is customisable which I find brilliant. They communicate changes well and on the odd occasion I have required customer service, they have always got things sorted, quickly and informatively. Very happy since I switched! Excellent service from the offset.

Excellent service from the offset. My switch started with issues which were easily resolved with the help of the customer service team. The app is so user friendly and I have so much clarity about my spending and saving. I love the round ups and rewards and overall really impressed with Chase since I made the switch. I had previously been with Nationwide and Santander for years but Chase is the new modern banking but still with real people. Once they crest the option of joint bank accounts we will be moving everything across to Chase! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
