When it came to joining chase the process was easy and simple, love the rewards and how easy it is to move around the app. Have not dealt with customer service as yet as I have had no problems but otherwise I am very happy I joined chase and have already recommended chase to family members. Love how everything is available to see and you can see all information in regards to spending, saving tips. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
