2 years in and still very very happy

I've been with Chase for nearly 2 years now. I have both a current and savings account with them. The app is extremely easy to use, when I had an issue with a payment I didn't recognise I was able to talk to a UK based representative and I got through very quickly, the issue was delt with quickly and efficiently. And the savings rates are great too. Basically I have nothing negative to say and I've also persuaded my partner to open both accounts with them too. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
