Chase - A Great Banking Service with Excellent Support!

I've used the Chase banking app for about a year now. It's really user friendly and very responsive. I have needed to request some support on occasion and have used the online support functionality to help me out and I've been really impressed by the speed and quality of the response that I've received. I particularly like the fact that I can pick-up and continue an online chat I started previously which is very helpful when the connection drops. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
