Easy to use app, with excellent features making it much stronger than other competitors I bank with. Additionally it has an easy to understand layout which my less than IT literate parents have managed to master! Any issues I’ve encountered have been promptly dealt with and the bank have regular offers that make me feel like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
