Keep it simple

Initially joined on line. Very simple operation with renewal notice from my old insurer to prove no claims. Once set up as an account it has been very easy to access documents, check cover levels and amend any changes. Price is competitive and the company will cover some modifications. Every year I’ve been with them my premium has reduced in line with the market, and I check this at renewal. To sum up. Painless transfer from my old insurer. Simple site, easy to follow, easy to use.
