Worse banking experience ever

I have had a terrible experience since signing up for a Chase account, first of all my card did not arrive and I had to order a second ( then both arrived at once), I lost my phone and had to use my wife's for a few days, trying to get back onto my own phone with the App was a joke, I have tried to stop fraudulent card payments form a retailer but not been able to so had to report my card number had been compromised to receive a new card number, customer service have been extremely unhelpful with each issue Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
