Easy to use and good customer service.

1% cashback is great on top of the 5% round-up pot. Decent interest rate on the connected savings account too. I can't speak for ethics of banks (I don't know much about it), but I do appreciate the swiftness of customer service on the app. Definitely the least hassle I've had with using a current account.
