So far, so good

Just as the title states, so far, so good. I have made a couple of claims for my dog, 1 was direct via the vet, which went through quickly, without any issues. The 2nd was to recoup the money I had paid for treatment. This seems to be taking quite a bit longer, but I think it may be down to the vet not providing the info as quickly as hoped, which of course is not the fault of Bought By Many.
